History. An enduring passion for what they do and a spirit of solidarity are the cornerstones of the Villanovesi Breeders Cooperativewho have been producing and distributing their cheeses since 1954. A shared vision has brought together around 150 members with 130 agricultural firms scattered across 20,000 hectares of rich pasture where 30,000 sheep graze freely and every day produce their precious “white gold” that is the secret of their renowned cheeses.
