Our Pecorino Cheeses

At the heart of the Cooperative’s production are pecorino cheeses, made exclusively from the milk of 30,000 sheep that graze freely on the lands of our members. These cheeses, the result of centuries of experience and shared knowledge, embody the best of Sardinian tradition and authentic flavors. Each wheel is the outcome of a meticulous artisanal process, from coagulation to hand-salting, ensuring superior quality in the final product. Available whole or in vacuum-sealed portions, the Cooperative’s pecorino cheeses offer consumers the excellence of a healthy, genuine, and certified product.
