Values. The lifeblood of the cooperative is its people who have worked together for more than half a century with passion and ultimate professionalism. Their profound knowledge of dairying derives from detailed rules laid down in tradition, and is based on strict adherence to an “ancient code” which insists first and foremost on respect for the environment through natural cultivation of grazing lands. Modern technology combines with centuries of tradition to produce wonderful cheeses that remain faithful to the tastes and aromas of years gone by but are in keeping with today’s standards of hygiene and quality.

Certification. In 2001 the cooperative attained ISO 9002 certification, testament to the unwavering priority given to respecting standards and safeguarding the consumer.
